|
Music Together® is a fun, family music program for children and the parents/caregivers who love them. It is based on the premise that all children are musical. The parents and other primary caregivers play a crucial role in nurturing their child's musical development; it is for this reason that adult involvement and participation is essential. The teacher helps adults understand how to participate, relax, and enjoy the activities with their children. Classes meet once a week for 45 minutes to sing, chant, move, dance, and jam! The curriculum is research-based and includes 9 different song collections as well as three summer collection compilations, rotated over a three year period.
Cost: 10 week session is: $188.00 (2 CD's, songbook, parent
guide)

| Itsy Bitsy Yoga |
|
Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga classes contain dozens of unique yoga postures designed to
support baby's development. Each class is filled with calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding and
improve baby's sleep. During a Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga class, babies enjoy yoga while on their backs,
tummies, or held in loving arms. Most of the yoga we do in Itsy Bitsy Yoga is for baby, but you will
also learn breathing and relaxation techniques as you practice a bit of yoga yourself. No yoga is
experience required.
Tot itsy Bitsy Yoga for Tots is a supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga class. As tot's mobility increases,
classes offer tot-centric poses that encourage and support their physical explorations. Tots become more
confident in their moving bodies as they practice yoga both in and out of class. During a Tots Itsy
Bitsy Yoga class crawlers and walkers playfully practice yoga postures while they are standing,
sitting up, walking, and jumping. Parents also get to do a little yoga, but no yoga experience
is required.

The whole family is invited (welcome parents and also siblings and grandparents)
to share the beauty of yoga with the wonderful sounds of music, family songs, family stories,
different backgrounds and language. It is a playful time to feel relaxed, connected, celebrating
family roots, doing exercise and bonding more with the kids directly from the heart! The class
is designed for children 2 and up, but babies are always welcome.

| Somos Amigos |

Somos Amigos is an extraordinary music-based Spanish program for
parent/caregiver and child. The class features the award winning music of Jose-Luis Orozco
including songs, rhymes, tongue twisters, lullabies, games and holiday celebrations gathered
from Spanish-speaking countries around the world. For 12 years, Somos Amigos has been popular
in both private and public schools. Class is about 45 minutes of bilingual fun, music, dance
and instrument play!

Baby Signs® is the original sign language program for hearing babies.
The program was developed by child development experts and has been in use for over 25 years.
Baby Signs is based on American Sign Language with added flexibility to meet the needs of
babies and families. Sign, Say & Play TM is a series of theme based classes. A total of 37
useful signs are taught through fun songs, books, and activities. This play class is designed
for parents and children ages 6 months to 2 1/2 years. Each family receives the exciting Sign,
Say & Play TM Starter Kit which includes a Baby Signs ® bag, board books, DVD and CD.

an initiator, an explorer and self learner. Provide a safe challenging and emotional nurturing
environment. Acknowledge and respect your babies feelings as well as your own. Clearly define
limits and expectations for successful discipline while your child enjoys uninterrupted play.
Parents are guided on how to interpret their non verbal cues and encourage their learning and
development while nurturing their individuality and inner spirit. This is a very intimate group
with less then 10 toddlers and their caregivers.
